Bob is a refugee from the Petrochemical Engineering arena having spent the first 30 years of his career designing and working in the field to oversee construction of major refineries and chemical plant facilities all over the world. When the engineering firms began to "outsource" their design work, Bob made the decision to go into business for himself. Originally the business was run out of the Mabry family home by Bob and his other family members until 2006 when they moved to their current address on Northpark Dr. in Kingwood.
