Rose is our office manager and there isn't much she likes more than getting to know our customers. In addition to customer service, she also keeps track of scheduling, estimates, follow up trips, and keeping the office running smoothly. She treats every customer with the utmost care and strives to make sure they are glad they called Handyman Matters. Rose understands communication is key and enjoys determining what the customer needs and coordinating the best craftsmen for the tasks. She is thrilled to be a part of the team where every craftsman is an awesome Handyman and every customer Matters.
Richard has been with Handyman Matters since 2010. He is also an excellent Carpenter and expert tile installer.
Will has been with Handyman Matters since 2013. He specializes in carpentry and has a special knack for working with seniors. Will also owned his own bathroom remodeling company before joining Handyman Matters.
Before Michael joined Handyman Matters he was in the restaurant business and also in the construction business. He is great at working with bathrooms, drywall, and fencing. He has lived in Baltimore his whole life.
Kirk has been with Handyman Matters since 2016. Kirk has a commercial background and is excellent at drywall, concrete, and siding repairs. Kirk also works for the Baltimore County Public School system as a maintenance technician in the evening.
Roberto always gets positive feedback from customers. He has excellent customer service and his great with bathroom remodels. He also helps realtors taking care of home inspections needs.
David is a great carpenter and excellent at repairing decks, pressure washing, and staining. David has lived in the Baltimore area his whole life
Patrick likes to say, "I am the happiest while I'm at work." He is a multi-skilled craftsmen that can do a number of things including plumbing, electric, flooring, and drywall. Patrick is also available on Saturday�s so you don�t need to stay home from work to take care of your To-Do list.
