We are owned by Zach Vinduska, Wichita-lover and customer service fanatic. He is committed to make sure every Handyman Matters customer is happy and satisfied. He also loves meeting new people and visiting with old friends. He would love to talk with you!

Handyman Matters started in 1998 and our headquarters is based in Denver. Our Wichita franchise has been here for more than eleven wonderful years. Our craftsmen are all employees of the company, no subcontractors. We do criminal background checks on all employees to ensure our customers confidence and safety. We employ multi-skilled craftsmen with real training and experience, to best serve you.  If we are required to use subcontractors for specialty trades, we make sure they are also licensed and insured for your protection.  We also warranty our work for one year.

Our Customer Service Representative is Stephanie Smith. Her kind and sweet spirit shows in the love she has for animals and the love they give her back. Stephanie is an expert multi-tasker and problem solver.

How We Work

Our goal since we first started out has been to design our business around the needs of our customers.  You'll notice the difference from the minute you call us.  Our proprietary scheduling system allows Handyman Matters to respond quickly to your inquiry, assess your needs and ultimately have a qualified Craftsman to your home in a short amount of time, typically within a week!

To make certain the work is done as expected, we collaboratively review your needs during a free initial telephone consultation.  Working together we then develop an estimate, complete a work order and schedule a convenient appointment.  The Handyman Matters Craftsman arrives at your home, reviews the project and confirms the estimate in writing.  With Handyman Matters there are no inflated estimates, no hidden cost surprises, and all of our work is guaranteed.
