I just wanted to pass a note along to you and the company regarding the wonderful work that HandymanMatters has supplied over the last couple of months.
Bob last Friday, June 27th, he completed laying the tile and replaced the tile on the stairs. The whole job looks wonderful and particularly the stairs look so much better than the work that was done previously by another company. I appreciate the time he took to finish the job as it took longer than expected.
Mike and Armando started another project on Monday, June 30th. Again, this project took longer than expected simply because of not being able to see behind the drywall until it was removed. Once that was done, the job was finished in a timely manner and it looks wonderful. It is so nice to have the peace of mind of knowing that a job was completed well.
And the previous work that was completed with Mike and Peter with the leaky wall, it appears that the work that they fixed has held together and no more leaks from that area.
I guess the main reason that I am writing this letter is that I've worked with a number of different companies in the past and for the most part, the work that was completed was less that satisfactory. Unsatisfactory work combined with the time wasted having the workers come back out to my house and fix what they didn't do right in the first place was very frustrating and time consuming. One company didn't even take the time to make sure the light switch was wired correctly. How much energy does it take to flip a switch???
This house means a lot to me, I've been here for about 8 years now and have grown to love this place. I feel that the money that I'm spending with HandymanMatters on my house is well invested in the quality of work that this company is supplying and in the peace of mind as well.
