All the work we complete and materials we purchase are warranted for one year from the date of service.

Insurance certificate is available upon request. Handyman Matters has successfully completed the 8-hour EPA Renovator Professional Training and is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.

We consider the comfort and safety of our customers to be of critical importance, so we do criminal record searches for the last seven years in every area where our employees have lived, and a nationwide sex offender search.

When shopping around for home improvements, often the last thing on a homeowner’s mind is the type of person they’re letting into their home.  Never forget when you allow a person into your home to conduct household repairs it is indeed serious business, not only do we make sure our employees are qualified skill-wise, but they must be able to pass our extensive background check.

Cleanliness and Courtesy

Even though we insure through training and background checks that our employees are both knowledgeable about your job and safe for you to allow into your home, we also train them to provide exceptional customer service.  Our employees will respect you and your home by not:

• Playing loud or offensive music
• Smoking in your home
• Using foul language
• Leaving a mess in your yard or on the job
• Leave your bathroom or house dirty
• Improperly parking their vehicles in your neighborhood

On top of that, if a repair or remodel will be messy, we will put down paper or plastic barriers to protect your carpets and make sure to cover any furniture in the area. Our craftsmen also wear uniforms so you can identify whom you’re letting into your home.
