Meet Handyman Matters
Judith Fiore joined Handyman Matters Morris County in May of 2008 as our Customer Service Manager. She brings with her 20+ years experience in sales and customer service. Judy is the first point of contact into our company and she uses that opportunity to get to know our clients and understand their needs. She takes the time to explain everything that will be involved in a job, big or small. Many of our customers comment how nice it is to have her friendly voice on the other end of the phone when they call us and love how she treats everyone like a friend, asking about their family or their job or whatever else they may have shared with her. If you have a home repair or remodeling project, or just want someone to talk to – call Judy at (973) 343-6065!
Mario Vilares has been with Handyman Matters for over four years. Mario has been doing home improvements most of his life and there is little he has not seen or done. Mario’s customers tell us he is quiet and they don’t even know he’s there – except that their home is cleaner when he left than when he arrived. About his work, they tell us that he is a true craftsman – his work has been described as a masterpiece!
Tom McAtee has been with Handyman Matters since the beginning of this year. He comes to us with many years running his own home improvement business and he is skilled in all areas of home improvement. Tom’s clients are happy with his attention to detail and his ability to find the source of a problem in their homes.
Mike Force has been with Handyman Matters for just a few months, but he is already like a part of the family. His background is in bathroom work, heating and air conditioning, plumbing and tile work. Mike’s clients are very happy with his professionalism and the care he takes in keeping their home clean while working on projects. His workmanship, particularly with tile, is excellent and our customers often express appreciation for his can-do attitude.
Jennifer Hillegass is the President at Handyman Matters. Prior to buying the franchise in Morris County, Jennifer worked in Information Technology. After a fire at her home in 2006, Jennifer decided that there had to be a better alternative to the unreliable contractors who performed her repairs. She jumped at the chance to make a difference and hasn’t looked back since. Now, she gets to spend her time meeting homeowners and business owners who are looking for a reliable home improvement services and she can give them exactly that. You will see Jennifer stopping in to visit the craftsmen and clients on the job, helping out on big projects or meeting prospective customers to do estimates.
