Rick and Nancy Atkins started Handyman Matters of Central Kentucky in 2003 and expanded to Louisville in 2006. We provide Handyman and Home Improvement Services to Louisville and the surrounding counties and communities. Our mission is to provide a service unique and different to this industry. Personal experience and frustration with poor service and shoddy work led us to a Franchisor out of Denver CO with a business model in sync with our own beliefs of what a Home Improvement company should be. Screening and training employees, performing background checks, answering the phone with a live person, respecting customers property, offering written guarantees, and guaranteeing 100% satisfaction were all things that appealed to us both as customers and business owners. And so began Handyman Matters of Louisville.
