He was on time, incredibly fastidious about everything he did for me that day and went above and beyond to offer me his best, rather than the typical “good enough” result that consumers are forced to be satisfied with most of the time. He explained exactly what he was going to do, including replacing all of the trim and color matching the paint. He even gave me advice on how best to insulate the opening. Your handyman came out yesterday and repaired a decorative box on the front of my house, and he is truly gifted and experienced! I’m 110% satisfied with his work and his personality. Awesome guy!It is truly a breath of fresh air to finally get something done and be blown away. I’ve had a fence put in and a water sprinkler system installed, and both time the contractor didn’t meet the expectations they themselves led me to believe. It seems they were only trying to finish the job instead of do the right one. For all of my future needs, I’ll use your company whenever possible.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how extremely pleased I am with you guys!! My son’s apartment was broken into, and I researched and found out about the Strikemaster II door frame. Handyman Matters came up as a retailer and installer of the product. I called the north Houston location which services the area he is located in. The north Houston location was out of them, so I called the west Houston location-they indeed had them in stock. I called North Houston back and asked if they would be willing to pick up the product across town and install it for my son. To my surprise, they said yes, they would do that and install it that day if needed, even if they had to move some things around!!!! I found out later that it was Duane, the north Houston field supervisor who was so nice to me on the phone. Duane came out the next day (20 minutes early) and installed the product for my son. I am not sure who had to go across town for the Strikemaster, but thank you for that. I will definitely be calling you guys back this spring when we repair cabinets and install floors, and recommend you to everyone I know!

Handyman Matters is the best! After going through so many contractors that no-showed, didn’t call us back, or preformed lackluster work, Handyman Matters was right on the money! No job has been too small for prompt and friendly service. Everyone, from the administrators to the service men, has always been very professional. We’d be lost, and literally falling apart, without their great work!

We contacted Handyman Matters for tile repair in our master bathroom. We used the online request form and within 24 hours the company responded and set up an appointment for us with Keith. He came out to the house, assessed the damage and gave us an estimate of time and cost. There was far more damage than we had suspected. Keith worked quickly and efficiently, clearing the damage and effecting repairs, explaining each step as necessary. He did such an excellent job that no repairs are evident. He was always on time, polite and courteous. The entire experience could have been a total nightmare, but the high quality customer service and the excellent craftsmanship made it as pleasant an experience as it could be. We will definitely call Handyman matters for any further work, and plan to request Keith again.

Hi Bob, I just wanted to take a moment to send a quick thank you to you and your team in North Houston. I had an easy conversation with Kelly on the phone when scheduling my appointment. He made pricing clear and easy to understand and was willing to have someone at my house even before I was ready for it. This morning, Keith showed up promptly at his scheduled time and handled my garbage disposal issue. He did a little trouble shooting of some appliance issues I had and also was able to repair some molding in my home office (that I didn’t even intend to have him do)!! He was courteous, respectful and had a really sunny and helpful disposition. He was in and out in an hour and my bill was exactly what Kelly said it would be. Angie’s List Report – “A”Hire Again:Yes Approximate Cost:$860.00 Description Of Work: Repair of Hurricane-damaged roof/corner of detached garage: framing, Hardi soffit and paneling, drip edge flashing, and decking/shingles.Member Comments:Very pleased with the quality of the siding installation. Also, all construction debris was removed from the premises. Surprisingly, surplus materials that were unused were left (so I can return to home improvement store for refund). Overall very professional. Truly appreciated the detailed materials list developed on the first visit, and had no problems finding the items, some of which I (not being a roofing expert) was not familiar with (“D” style drip edge flashing, for example). I’d recommend Handyman Matters North Houston.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding job and quality workmanship of your Craftsman. He is a good communicator in all areas from calling to give me an exact time of arrival – to explaining the intricate details of laminate flooring, quarter round and transitional pieces. He corrected many errors that had been made by the subcontractor who installed the flooring. The man is a perfectionist. His measurements are precise and this is visible in the transitional pieces. I have some crazy corners in my home and he was able to make those crazy cuts so the pieces fit perfectly. He would even get out his pocket knife to chisel the smallest sliver of wood so the piece would be perfect. I seriously could not have asked for a higher quality of workmanship. I believe his desire and ability to produce quality work is a product of his integrity, and he probably would not be able to sleep at night if he did not do his best. It’s a shame more workers do not approach their jobs with the integrity Handyman Matters does. My gratitude to Handyman Matters North Houston for a job well done!!

I took a job transfer to Kingwood, TX. I’m a Supervisor for T-n-T Cable Contractors, we do work for Suddenlink Communications. I had a guy do some major damages. I was thinking he did about $500.00 dollars in damage to customers house. They fixed it the next day after I called for half the price I thought it would cost. Companies are very fortunate to have good employees and I just wanted to commend you on the job that your Craftsman did at our home today. We only needed weather stripping redone on two doors but we will definitely call you again. We recently had a party at our home and out of 30 neighbors, no one knew of a handyman service to do small (and possibly large) jobs in Kingwood.
