I just wanted to comment on the exceptional service I just received from your company this morning and the craftsman James Cook. What appeared to be a simple chandelier install exposed
a broken mounting box that James quickly improvised and replaced with a box he had in his truck. He was then able to install my light and a dimmer and finish the original work. He’s even more particular than I am and made sure the light was centered, hanging straight and at the height I preferred. These days service seems to be low on the totem pole of so many businesses and I just wanted you to know how impressed I am with your company and James. He truly is an asset in skill and personality and I’m already starting my “list” for his next visit. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
