We are locally owned and operated, with the benefit of being part of an international franchise. This is also a benefit to our customers because we are familiar with local codes, customs, and practices and we exchange best practices and ideas with all the other Handyman Matters franchises. With the additional benefit of a system-wide database composed of over 400,000 completed jobs, we can provide our customers with accurate estimates over the phone in most cases. Using our time-plus-materials business model, we inform our customers up front of what they can expect to pay and give them the opportunity to schedule an appointment for a specific time at their convenience.
