• Painting/Staining
• Painting or staining is an inexpensive way to update the interior and protect the exterior of your home. In our wet climate, it is important to complete an annual check-up of all exterior painted surfaces and caulking. You’ll be glad you did when the fall, winter and springs rains are drenching your house. . If there is any wood on the exterior of your home, including doors, trim around windows, decks, steps, railings, and even the soffit and fascia boards - they all need to be protected against water. Keeping a fresh coat of paint or stain will help keep the moisture out of the wood and extend the life of that product. While we paint, we can also repair or replace all rotted wood including trim, soffits, fascia, rafter tails, and siding. • Roofing
• If we can repair it from a ladder, we’ll fix it for you. Our roofing repairs include: gutter, fascia, soffit, rafter tails, sheathing, shake, and composite roof repair. Roofing, fascia and soffits should be checked on an annual basis for leaks and signs of rot. Letting this go could result in a very costly repair. It is much better to catch it early and make a small, less expensive repair. • Unusual things
• I often get asked what is the most unusual thing we've done. I'd have to say it was cutting out a 20 pound possum from a crawl space in the attic that had been dead for 2 weeks. Not a pretty sight.
