Handyman Matters South is EPA RRP Certified and can perform window replacement on pre-1978 homes that have lead based paint.

Hi Bosses and crew of Handyman Matters, Just a note to let you all know that I am very pleased with the work you did at my house. I feel bad that the lighting in the rear bath was so that the paint looked streaked. I changed light bulbs to soft white ones and the streaks were gone. I never felt uncomfortable leaving the house and leaving Dustin, Brian, or Canon here alone. They are all very nice young men. My only gripe is that I am destined to live with a squeaky bathroom door. Other than that I am very satisfied with all you have done. But you really started something - when it was all finished I just had to go out and buy all new towels and rugs to gow with the new decor. Ha! Both bathrooms look very nice and I would never hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends. Sandy, Sharon, Cat - you were all great during this process and of course Glen did OK too. I am so fortunate that I discovered you company online on an international business trip. That discovery lead to the good fortune to have your associate Mr. Dustin Burkhardt successfully challenge a long list of repairs with foresight, excellent craftsmanshiup and knowledge. The sofits were repaired and painted to match, the deck stairs were stregnthened after a large tree slammed into it after a snow storm. The barn is now warmer from the insulation replacement and repair that was supported by braces to hold the squirrles that nest in the insulation, damaging it in their homesteading efforts. I have referred you company with Mr. Burkhardt as leading responder to my family and friends, comfindent that he will continue tohelp us maintain our homes with the professionalism thaat thye deserve and require. Handyman Matters of South Metro Denver helps a diabetic woman that had run into bureaucratic red-tape regain her mobility by installing a wheelchair ramp, as featured on Denver's Fox 31 TV News during a Troubleshooter with Tom Martino segment.

Since its inception in 1998, Handyman Matters has been known throughout the Denver area and beyond for its helpful services many will remember an event in 2000 where Handyman Matters gathered teams of contractors for a two-day competition where 10 bathrooms were built and donated to Habitat for Humanity and the Lakewood, Colorado-based company will soon take that legacy one step further by providing housing and food to many low-income families searching permanent housing during its annual convention.
