• Pet door installation
• Installation of pet doors. *Preferred installer of Hale Pet Doors. If you are looking to purchase and/or have a pet door installed in a wall, door, or glass we can help you. Call our office for set pricing on our installations.
• Plasma / LCD Wall Mount
• We can install your new plasma / LCD tv for you. Our craftsman are bonded and insured and will mount your plasma tv with care and precision.
• Chandelier and Light Fixture Installation
• Our craftsman are very experienced in hanging/ installing chandeliers of all shapes and sizes, and other miscellaneous light fixtures around the home. We can even install on high ceilings. Our qualified craftsman also install chandelier lifts, or can get in your attic and install extra bracing for heavy chandeliers.
• Power Wash Fence / Siding
• Our craftsman have the apropriate tools and experience to give your fence, house, siding, sidewalks, garage etc the proper power wash that it needs. Call for a free estimate.
• Custom built woodwork
• We can custom build to your specifications. Our craftsman are skilled carpenters that can custom build shelves, desks, sheds, entertainment centers, etc. If you can dream it, we will bring it to life.

• We can sell and install the Strikemaster II security device on your door jamb, which prevents anyone from kicking in your door.

• Custom Tile Design
• Would you like a high end custom tile design on your backsplash, floor, bathroom, kitchen, fireplace? We have experienced tile setters with over 40+ years of experience. We can have a craftsman meet with you to discuss your tile design and layout. Our tile setters have been in celebrity, high end homes, and commercial locations around the metroplex.
• Carport Installation Kits / Patio Covers
• Our skilled craftsman are trained installers of carport kits (metal carport kits / aluminum carport kits / steel carport kits). If you are looking to remove and replace an existing carport or install a new carport or patio cover we can help!

• Fall - Check Outdoor Paint
• Check outdoor paint for peeling, cracking and coverage.
• Winter - Winter Maintenance
• Blow out clothes dryer venting. Hang seasonal lighting and remove later. Turn on and test gas fireplaces. Set floor registers and grills to maximize airflow. Check for loose grout, tiles and caulk. Check appliance cords, plugs and fixtures for damage or overload. Test GFCIs for functionality and safety. Clean out fridge condenser coils & drip pan. Test all toilets for leaks (tank to bowl, bowl to floor, & supply lines)
