The Handyman Matters Promise

Handyman Matters offers a unique four-part promise to our customers:

1. If we find hidden damage or problems we could not see when we gave you the anticipated cost, we’ll give you a written change order to approve before proceeding—no surprises!

2. All the work we do and materials we purchase are warranted for one year—any problems and we’ll come back and fix it FREE of charge.

3. You won’t have to wait—you will always receive notification if our craftsman is running late.

4. You will never be asked for an advance deposit for small to medium sized jobs that do not require special order items. You pay only after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
