We can do a walk through with the owner, or by ourselves if the owner is unavailable, and identify maintenance or repair projects that need to be taken care of before the home is placed back on the market.  We will provide pictures and an itemized list for remote owners.

Then the owner can pick and choose the most critical maintenance or repair items that will fit within their budget, and we will perform the approved repairs quickly to get the home back on the market.  If you are a remote owner we will also provide after pictures so that you can be assured that we completed the approved work.
