This gives you the flexibility to choose the package that is right for you, and right for your home. Each of these packages can be modified to fit your individual needs, whether you want to skip a step or upgrade materials, it’s up to you.

Bathroom Remodel Option One: Bronze tub/shower Package

Reuse current tub and upgrade the walls and faucet in the tub.

Labor Includes:

1. Demo up to 80 sq. ft. of tiled walls, or tub surround kit on drywall walls
2. Remove and replace shower valve, tub spout, & shower head
3. Install Onyx Collection tub surround kit on green board
4. Install curved shower rod
5. Daily work prep and clean up
6. Project management, material pick up and delivery
7. Haul off and dispose of construction debris

Materials Allowance Description:

1. Moen Alder (or equivalent) – Bathtub/shower single handle mixing valve in chome.
2. Onyx Collection tub surround kit, choice over over 50 colors and 3 finishes.
3. 60” chrome curved shower rod and curtain
4. Disposal fee

Option: New 30×60 Steel tub add $700.00 for materials and installation.

Bathroom Remodel Option Two: Bronze flooring, toilet, vanity and sink Package.

Upgrade the vanity, flooring and fixtures in your bathroom.

Labor Includes:

1. Demo up to 40 sq. ft. of laminate, linoleum or carpet floors.
2. Remove vanity, sink, faucet and mirror.
3. Remove old toilet.
4. Install new Linoleum flooring, on 1/8″ Laun board, and new paint grade baseboard.
5. Install new vanity, sink, faucet, supply lines, shut-off valves and p-trap.
6. Install new mirror and 1 towel bar and TP holder.
7. Install new toilet.
8. Daily work prep and clean up
9. Project management, material pick up and delivery
10. Haul off and dispose of construction debris

Materials Allowance Description:

1. American Classics Artisan 36″ Chestnut Vanity (or equivalent) – with white sink and top.
2. American Standard Cadet 3 elongated Toilet, wax ring, supply line, shut off valve.
3. Moen Alder (or equivalent), 4″ chrome faucet, towel bar and TP holder.
4. American Classics Artisan 31×24 mirror in chestnut.
5. Linoleum or vinyl, 40 sq ft, laun board, paint grade baseboard.  Flooring allowance of $4.00/SF.
6. Disposal fee

Bathroom Remodel Option Three: Silver Package

Completely new 3 piece bathroom

Labor Includes:

1. Demo up to 80 sq ft of tiled walls, or tub surround kit on drywall walls
2. Demo tub, toilet, vanity, sink, medicine cabinet or mirror.
3. Demo up to 40 sq ft of vinyl sheet flooring or carpet, and up to 23 LF of baseboards
4. Remove and replace shower valve
5. Install standard 60×30 bathtub, including drain
6. Install up to 80 sq ft of WEDI backer board on walls
7. Install up to 80 sq ft of tiled walls, 6″ x 6″ tile, grout and seal – standard grid pattern with 1 soap dish.
8. Install up to 40 sq ft of floor underlayment
9. Install up to 40 sq ft of vinyl sheet or plank flooring, and 23 LF of baseboards
10. Install vanity, sink, drain, faucet, (2) shut off valves & supply lines
11. Install toilet, wax ring, shut off valve and supply line
12. Install bath/shower rod and curtain
13. Install medicine cabinet or mirror, light bar, (2) towel bars and toilet paper dispenser

5. Moen Caldwell Chrome 4″ Sink Faucet, (2) shut off valves and supply lines

7. 60” bathtub/shower rod chrome curved and curtain
8. 40 sq ft of vinyl or Linoleum flooring with paint grade baseboard.

New 3 piece bathroom with wall and floor tile.

3. Demo up to 40 sq ft of vinyl sheet flooring, and up to 23 LF of baseboards

5. Install standard bathtub 30 x 60 or 32 x 60 tub, including drain.
6. Install up to 80 sq ft of WEDI backerboard on walls
7. Install up to 80 sq ft of tiled walls, grout and seal – standard pattern with 1 decorative band (Listelo) and 1 soap dish
8. Install up to 40 sq ft of floor underlayment
9. Install up to 40 sq ft of tile flooring grouted & sealed, and 23 LF of baseboards
10. Install vanity, sink, drain, faucet, (2) shut off valves & supply lines
11. Install toilet, wax ring, shut off valve and supply line

Bathroom Remodel Option Five: Platinum Spa Package

This is the package where our creativity and skills, and your ideas come together to produce the Bathroom Retreat and Spa of your dreams.  We will work with you to set a budget, and develop a plan.  Typically this type of project has a budget of $15,000 to $25,000, but can be more or less depending upon your dreams and ideas.

Q: How can I save money?

A: At Handyman Matters we will help you keep the cost of your project down. If you are looking for cost effective alternatives, we encourage you to buy your own materials, saving you money. Our professional craftsmen will document exactly what materials you need to purchase so that you have the direction you need while shopping.

Q: Should I change out my fixtures or reuse my existing fixtures?

A: Fixtures are the mechanical parts of your bathroom and like any machine they wear out with use. Unless your fixtures are less than a year old, we recommend changing them out with new ones, especially when it comes to your shower or tub valves.

Q: Can I change the layout of my bathroom?

A: The standard bathroom size is often five foot wide by eight foot deep with little option for layout. We can often capture space from adjoining rooms to better accommodate different layouts and more space.
