About Handyman Matters:
Our business has been built one customer at a time, completing one project at a time. Your project is important to you, and it is important to us too! We understand that your time is important, your security is important, and a quality job is important. We believe that we are building a long term relationship with our customers, so we do the following:
- We answer our phone during normal business hours. On the rare occasions where we can not due to call volume, we will call you back within one hour.
- We set specific appointment times, and if our schedule changes through the day, we will call you to let you know.
- When you call to schedule, we will give you an approximate amount of time it typically takes to complete your project, but the actual time may vary. We have performed many identical or similar projects, so we are able to give you a reasonable approximation of the time it will take to complete your project.
- Our billing is straight forward, we bill a service charge for each project. We bill per hour that we are working on your project, with a one hour minimum, then after the first hour we bill in 15 minute increments. You will pay only for the time it takes to complete your project.
- On large remodel projects, we will come to your house to look at the remodel project, and we will work with you to establish a budget and price that meets your needs.
- The craftsmen that we send to your house is an employee of our company, he has undergone a extensive nationwide background check, and are genuinely nice people. They are capable craftsmen and will be able to handle most of the projects they are sent to perform.
