Carefree Maintenance

Keep Your Home or Business in Mint Condition

The Handyman Matters Preventive Maintenance Programs are designed to save you time and worry.

Homes are getting older, and the abilities and time of today’s homeowners are diminishing.  At some point, everyone has to stop using their power tools and stay off the roof.  As time goes on and a home ages, maintenance can become more complex and required more frequently.  What is your time and safety worth, and what could you do with that time and peace of mind?

To maximize the value of your home, the project should be professionally completed or it can detract from the value of the home.

Promptly addressing home repair projects can save money on unnecessary repairs, make your home more safe and comfortable, and increase its value.

Here’s What We Do:

  • Schedule regular on-site visits.  We can come out weekly, monthly, quarterly or annully to inspect your home or commercial property.
  • We'll do a thorough inspection and tell you about any problems we see or potential concerns.
  • You choose which repairs and improvements we perform -- you'll be charged only for the work we do, so there are no surprises when you get your bill.
  • In fact, it's like having your own maintenance staff!

Here are examples of some of the items on our regular check list -- it's just a starting point for the customized check list for your home:

June-July-August

  • Fill all sinks, drain and check for leaks.
