Handyman Matters was founded in 1999 by Andy Bell. Today, there are over 122 franchises in 33 states and 3 countries. Reliable, professional, and convenient, we are proud to make quality home repairs our business.

Because our customers keep our business growing, we adhere to the following principles:

  • Background checks
  • Dress code for all craftsmen
  • Respect for property
    • Craftsmen never park in the customer’s driveway (fluid leaks avoided)
    • Craftsmen enter the property with clean shoes/boots
    • Craftsmen leave the property as clean, if not cleaner, than they entered
  • Each craftsman calls the customer the evening prior to the job and verifies the time of arrival
  • Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
