We do not require money in advance for materials. You will be provided with an accurate estimate of the time and materials required to do the job, and we will stand by that estimate unless we encounter unanticipated issues. In that case, you will be consulted. The additional work required will be thoroughly explained to you, and we will proceed only with your written authorization to add to the scope of your project. All Handyman Matters craftsmen have passed a thorough background check, are bonded and insured. We warranty our work for one full year.
