We spoke a couple of weeks ago, about some sub-flooring work to be done on my home. Due to an overrun on an existing job, your company called me to request pushing back the date of my appointment from last Friday to today. No problem.
As you promised, I was given a call last night to confirm the appointment. Unfortunately, I wasn't home.
I would just like to point out that your employee, Paul, came this morning.
He fixed up my problem, answered all my questions, offered me some advice on next steps, and was very considerate and professional.
He also came in EXACTLY at the estimated price, even though I suspect he did more work than he charged me for labor...I feel guilty about this!
As he was leaving, he gave me a refrigerator magnet. :-)
Smart move. Next time I'm in need, your phone number will be handy. And I will have ZERO hesitation dialing it.

I have found Handyman Matters to exemplify customer service. They arrive on time, are polite and respectful. I find their pricing to be fair with no hidden charges. You know what you are paying for. I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate that Angie got an "emergency" plumber to my house today (6/6/07) to put in a new shut off valve under my kitchen sink. I bought a new dishwasher and when they arrived today to install it, they could not because of a faulty shut off valve. Bob was here in no time and got it done! He was wonderful and I just wanted you to know home much I appreciate the expedient service!
