Handyman Matters owners win awards at National Convention 2007

Randy and Sandra McMahon, owners of Handyman Matters of South Pittsburgh and the Mon Valley, were recently honored with The John Knoke Customer Service Accolade Award and The Handyman Matters Star Performer Award at the fifth annual Handyman Matters convention held Feb. 7-11th, 2007 in Clearwater, Florida.
The McMahons received the awards for being the one franchisee out of 131 nationwide that achieved the highest standards in service, performance, dedication and ethics.
"The convention was a terrifiic opportunity to gain insights on the latest trends and techniques in the home improvement industry, as well as network with our peers. To be awarded the John Knoke Customer Service Accolade award and Handyman Matters Star Performer award was such a great addition to the experience," The McMahon's said. "It is such a wonderful feeling to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to our business and to the home improvement industry as a whole."
